Prepare for a wander in nature for this 120min Soul Reconnection Adventure! We will meet at a local greenspace/forest/trail/beach and immerse ourselves in the healing energy of nature close to home. We'll walk to a predetermined spot where you have space to lay down, and be serenaded in sound. I will utilize tuning forks, a handpan, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and shamanic drum and rattle to guide you on a journey to reconnect with your soul and inner wisdom.
